Hi Tina,

If you get the injections from Healthcare at Home they give you a schedule of delivery dates for about 12 months and they check with you that you will be at home when they deliver. They will deliver to any address so if you are working on that day they will deliver there.
I don't know if mtx needs to be kept in the fridge or not, if it does you could keep it in the fridge at work when they deliver and use a coolbox to take it home. Jean will know because she has mtx injections.

I'm pretty sure it shouldn't be frozen though so if you are flying, don't put it in the suitcase, it needs to be in your hand luggage. A coolbox or bag can be used if it has to be kept cold and you need a Dr's letter to say why you are carrying the injections.

Hope this helps, someone who has the injections will hopefully tell you more.

Love, Doreen xx

Hi Tina

The instructions on mine just say "keep cool" but Steve does keep it in the fridge. Can't help with the rest of your question, though, as haven't been abroad with mine yet.

Take care

Love Jeanxxxxx

It's very easy to use, Tina, but you MUST push it in slowly. I count to 6 whilst I am putting it in and then count to ten when I depress the plunger. I know it sounds daft, butt if you do it slowly, you can't feel it, but if you rush at it and try to shove it in quickly, it hurts ike heck!!!
